PRI in Person plays a unique role in bringing our industry leaders together to share knowledge and effect change. This is the world’s leading responsible investment conference, convening more than 1,000 delegates each year to hear the latest developments, discuss best practice and network with delegates from around the globe.

The 2025 conference will be the 17th annual event and our first visit to Latin America in over ten years. The programme will include experts from PRI signatories, policymakers and the wider financial community.

Who will be there?

The audience will be made up of a diverse group of investment industry stakeholders, including asset owners, foundations, investment managers and service providers. Among them will be CEOs, CIOs, directors, portfolio managers and RI specialists.

We are now accepting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Lead Sponsorship of PRI in Person 2026. This is a key opportunity to take a prominent role in shaping the agenda and showcasing leadership at the most influential global gathering of responsible investment professionals.

Speaking opportunities

We are delighted to welcome applications to our PRI in Person 2025 ‘call for speakers’.

The ’call for speakers’ form is open to any external organisation interested in putting forward an expert speaker to participate in the conference and will close Friday 30 May. Submissions may be considered as they are received, we encourage interested parties to complete the form at their earliest convenience.

Please note that we typically receive a large number of responses to the ‘call for speakers’. As well as considering these incoming responses, the PRI also proactively reaches out to prospective speakers.

We therefore anticipate that we will only be able to accommodate a small proportion of respondents to the call for speakers, and it will not always be possible to give a reason why a particular application has not been successful. It may also be difficult to provide a clear deadline by which we will be able to confirm whether an application has been successful, although of course respondents are welcome to withdraw their applications at any time.   

If you wish to attend as a delegate in São Paulo, we encourage you to register for the conference when our main event page is live, to secure an early bird rate and ensure you do not miss out should the conference sell out. Should you be selected as a speaker on the main agenda (subject to internal approval) your registration fee will be refunded.
