To support PRI’s expanded real estate programming, a new Real Estate Advisory Committee has been created. The Committee is co-chaired by Anna Murray, Managing Director, Global Head of ESG at BetallGreenOak, and Calvin Lee Kwan, Head of Sustainability & Risk Governance at Link REIT. Anna and Calvin had been serving as co-chairs of the UNEP FI Property Working Group. The Committee will advise on the development and execution of PRI’s real estate work programme that will support signatory institutions in their capacity to manage climate risk and the low-carbon transition, and improving social and health and wellness outcomes, amongst other topics.
