27 February 2024, London: The PRI announced two new appointments to the organisation’s C-suite: Cambria Allen-Ratzlaff as Chief RI Ecosystems Officer for the Americas and APAC regions and Rose Easton as Chief RI Ecosystems Officer for the UK, Europe and India, Middle East & Africa (IMEA).
David Atkin, CEO of the PRI, commented: “With Cambria joining the PRI and Rose continuing her leadership, I am pleased that we invested the time and consideration to get the right talent in these key roles serving our signatories. Cambria brings a strong background in financial services, responsible investment, and governance to this role, as well as a deep subject matter expertise and a curiosity for learning that aligns well with PRI’s culture. Rose has been doing an exceptional job building the PRI’s RI Ecosystem function to align with the needs of our signatories and is well placed to continue this valuable work.”
Cambria joins the PRI from JUST Capital, a not-for-profit research organisation, where she was Managing Director and Head of Investor Strategies. Her previous experience includes senior roles at the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust and State of Connecticut Office of the Treasurer as well as serving on a variety of investor-led committees. She studied political science at Bryn Mawr College, Pennsylvania, and holds a master’s degree in public policy from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. Her role is effective 21 February 2024.
Cambria will be based in Michigan in the US. In this role, she will provide leadership and oversight of the RI Ecosystems in the Americas and APAC regions, ensuring the PRI can continue to deliver value to signatories in these regions.
In another new role, Rose Easton has been appointed on a permanent basis as Chief RI Ecosystems Officer for the UK, Europe and IMEA. Since June 2023, Rose has been building the PRI’s RI Ecosystem function to align with the needs of signatories. This includes managing the PRI’s ecosystem activities in individual markets where the local teams look to convene, engage and connect our signatories and stakeholders; support their RI progression through education, outreach and guidance; create opportunities for collaborative action; and support them to align on meaningful local policy outreach and market reform priorities.
Easton joined the PRI in November 2021 as Signatory Relations Director for Northern Europe, Middle East, and Africa (NEMEA), bringing with her over 25 years’ experience in business development and relationship management within asset management and financial services firms. In April 2022, this role extended to cover the Continental Europe team, whereby Easton consolidated the teams to become the Director for EMEA before taking over as Senior Director, leading Global Signatory Relations since October 2022.
