Spring is a PRI stewardship initiative for nature, convening investors to use their influence to halt and reverse global biodiversity loss by 2030
Investors can join Spring as a participant or an endorser.
Participants
Participants are investors who engage with focus companies as part of the initiative. Participants can engage with a focus company as a “lead investor”, “co-lead investor” or a “collaborating investor”. Investors who join the initiative as a participant will also be listed as endorsers of the initiative. More information about responsibilities of participants are available in the Terms of Reference.
PRI is currently reviewing applications for the second batch of engagement focus companies. The sign-up form remains open on a rolling basis for applications where opportunities are available.
Endorsers
PRI Signatories who endorse Spring signal their support for the initiative’s objectives and strategy. Signatories can endorse the initiative at any time.
PRI signatories listed as endorsers do not participate in engagement activities within the initiative.
