The PRI welcomes the ACCC’s publication of the draft guide and its efforts to clarify the permissibility of sustainability collaborations. This is an important step for Australia as it harnesses the power of collaborative initiatives to address sustainability issues. The PRI considers recommendations to provide even greater detail and clarity on the delineation between permissible and non-permissible collaborations, including on the scope of issues and objectives that apply to the “sustainability” definition employed in the draft.
